Our home-based day care is located in Soldiers Hill, Ballarat, Victoria, in a warm, safe, and welcoming environment.
5. What is your educator-to-child ratio?
As a family day care, we maintain a low educator-to-child ratio, allowing for personalised attention and strong relationships with each child. 1 educator to 4 children under 6yrs.
6. What meals or snacks are provided?
You supply a healthy lunchbox for your child, with all their favourite foods.
7. What activities do you offer during the day?
Our program includes a variety of fun, educational activities such as arts and crafts, sensory play, storytelling, outdoor play, music, and early learning experiences that support each child’s development.
8. What qualifications and experience do you have?
We hold accredited early childhood qualifications and have extensive experience in the childcare industry. We also first aid trained and committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the best outcomes for your child.
9. How do you support a child’s individual needs?
Each child is unique, and we tailor our approach to support their interests, developmental stage, routines, and cultural background.
10. What is your enrolment process?
To enrol, simply contact us to arrange a tour and chat. We’ll guide you through the steps, including completing necessary paperwork and orientation.
11. Do you accept CCS (Child Care Subsidy)?
Yes, as a registered service under Let’s Go Family Day Care, eligible families can access the Child Care Subsidy.
12. How do you communicate with families?
We use daily updates, conversations, and photos to keep you informed about your child’s day. Open and honest communication is very important to us.
